What's New For 2024?

Backdrop films were a major part of the R.E.M. tour experience. In September 2019 the band debuted a 60 minute film to go with our new show "REMember", a chronological run through our favourite tracks, album by album. This show continues to be available to all venues, and several backdrop films in varying styles are available. A new production is planned for 2024 to celebrate the band's tenth anniversary.

Last year saw the arrival of a new lead vocalist, Andy, and this year has seen the return of our longest standing drummer and percussionist, Jeff. Current rehearsals are producing some really exciting changes in the diversity and presentation of our set, including new "influence" covers, and alternate, concert and acoustic versions based on R.E.M.'s recent live box set releases.
